What is Gentle Movement?
The Gentle Movement coaching plan is a way to gently bring mobility into your body. This is a low-intensity program ideal for people who have stiffness or discomfort in the body or may have a condition such as pregnancy or arthritis that makes movement more difficult. It's also nice for people who are looking to reconnect to their bodies and people looking to avoid the stiffness that can come with aging.
The Gentle Movement coaching plan uses gentle yoga and meditative breathing to increase blood flow and oxygen in the body as well as promote mobility & joint flexibility. All Gentle Movement plans are customized for individual needs. Plans include resources such as worksheets and movements to do on your own.
How Does the Gentle Movement coaching plan work?
Each month includes a Gentle Movement Plan & 4 Gentle Movement Sessions (or two for bi-monthly plan). Upon starting the program, we will do a simple intake to determine target areas and build movements to support your needs & goals, this is your Gentle Movement Plan. Each Gentle Movement Session is built to support your movement goals and includes worksheets and visuals to support practice on your own, as well as a review of how the body is feeling each session.

Gentle Movement sessions take place in your home, at a yoga studio or online (also outdoors when weather permitting) and can vary from session to session per your preference. All equipment is included (yoga mat, blocks, straps), except a personal journal which is HIGHLY SUGGESTED.
