Yoga & Nutrition Workshop
These two-hour experiences will feature gentle but deep yoga flows and simple meditation followed by hands-on food demo to compliment and enhance the energy flow in the body.  

Workshop Info

$40 per person

2 hours long

Yoga will be beginner friendly, with an option for chair yoga. No prior yoga experience needed, mat or chair can be provided, props are welcomed and encouraged.

Food demo will include an explanation of ingredients along with samples, everything you need to make each menu item during the workshop with a recipe card to take home, as well as a completed menu item to take home. Recipes will be simple and include whole, healthy foods that tie into our yoga practice. Dietary restrictions will happily be accommodated when possible and modifications to each recipe will be available.

Meet the Chef:

Chef James is the Certified Dietary Manager at Bear Valley Community Hospital where hes been for the last 5 years. He has a Culinary degree from The Art Institute and spent many years entertaining people as Benihana Chef. His food demos are always a good time, no prior food experience is required!
