What is Beautifully Living?

When my plants are watered and thriving. When my dogs are relaxing after a walk by the lake. When my kids walk in and ask "what smells so good?!". When I find myself facing an unpleasant encounter with a smile and patients.

I can't define Beautifully Living because it's entirely up to you as to where you find beauty. Beautifully Living isn't about looking pretty (although that is a common side effect!) but rather about seeking out and surrounding ourselves with personal representations of the beauty we've cultivated in our life.

Beauty is everywhere and when you choose to see it, you start to reflect it back: in your thoughts, in your words, in your actions and yes, even in the way you present yourself. Beauty is also in the eye of the beholder; beauty is what you CHOOSE it to be. You pick how you want to live beauty, you pick how you express your beauty, you pick how you surround yourself with beauty. Because the beholder is YOU.

 

Beautifully Living is a state of mind, not a single action.

How Does the Beautifully Living coaching plan work?

Coaching is all about finding your own power to create the life you want. Right now.

 

Set up a month of wellness personalized just for you! Each monthly package includes a consultation to form your Wellness Action Plan for the month ahead, two or four 60 min. in-person Wellness Sessions, and weekly, personalized Theme and Routines check-ins.

 

You choose the format of each Wellness Session, choose from yoga (personalized for your needs), meditation, art therapy coaching or sound exploration. 

​

Wellness Sessions take place in your home, at a yoga studio or online (also outdoors when weather permitting) and can vary from session to session, as decided when developing your personal Action Plan for the month. All supplies are included, except a personal journal which is HIGHLY SUGGESTED.
